- Does the 1% cost me anything?
- No. Representation is free to you — the builder pays the buyer's-agent commission. The 1% is a credit on top of that.
- Can I still get the discount if I already visited a Perry model?
- If you toured and gave your information without an agent, the builder may have already logged you as unrepresented, and the discount is usually lost. Contact me before you go back — sometimes there's a narrow window, but don't count on it.
- Is the 1% the only benefit?
